I'm a competitive powerlifter and certified coach based out of PDX Muscle in Portland, Oregon, and I've built my career on one belief: strength should be built safely, on sound movement, and it should be built to last.
With seven years of experience as a personal trainer, I specialize in powerlifting, and I have a real passion for coaching athletes to reach their fullest potential.
As a competitive powerlifter myself, I hold multiple state records, and I've guided numerous athletes to achieve their own state and national records. I don't coach from theory. I coach from the platform: from squatting 535, benching 336, and pulling 640 in competition, and from the years of trial, error, and problem-solving it took to get there.
I'm certified in several specialized areas, including Corrective Exercise, Pain-Free Performance, US Olympic Lifting, and the Barbell Rehab Method. My approach focuses on developing real strength while prioritizing safety and proper movement mechanics, because the strongest lifters are the ones who can keep training, year after year, without breaking down.
Whether you're a nervous beginner or an experienced lifter chasing a national total, I'm here to help you elevate your performance and hit goals you didn't think were on the table.
Coaching backed by real, specialized education, not just a big total.
Every program I write starts with you: your body, your history, your equipment, and your goals. Then we build strength methodically, with technique and longevity leading the way.

Tell me your goals and I'll personally reply within 24 hours with the right next step.
